What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Hers pieces, but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you. We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition and packaging. Send us an email to get started. Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer refunds at this time, but we’ll happily help you find something you adore instead.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Most of our jewellery pieces are plated, tarnish free, or otherwise stated. Best way to keep them glowing is to avoid water, sweat, perfumes, and lotions. Store them dry, wipe them gently after wearing, and give them their own little space to rest. All of our orders come with a "jewellery care" card, to help you look after your lovelies.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to ship all orders within 2–4 working days. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your sparkle is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within South Africa. But stay tuned - we’re coming for the world.

What are your pieces made of?

Our jewellery is made from various materials ranging from stainless steel, sterling silver, gold plated, brass, titanium, alloy and copper. Every product listing includes material information so you know exactly what you're getting. However, if you are not clear, don't hesitate to reach out and we will clear the air. We aim to be 100% transparent.

Can I shower or swim with my jewellery?

We know you always want to look fabulous, but we recommend keeping your jewellery dry to make them last longer so no showers or swimming for them. Water can cause fading or tarnish over time, especially with plated pieces.

Can I customise or engrave a piece?

Yes! We have discs in various materials you can add initials to for your loved ones. We also have a special locket to include pictures of your loved ones.
